Rebecca is a partner at Sandler & Hansen, LLC. Rebecca chairs our collection and foreclosure practice.
Rebecca is a graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D., 2001), where she was a Dean’s List Scholarship Recipient. While in law school, she was a Casenote Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review.
Immediately after law school, Rebecca’s practice focused on real estate law. She represented clients in real estate transactions and performed title searches in towns all across Connecticut.
For the next 17 years, Rebecca served as in-house counsel for Stanley Black & Decker, a multi-national corporation headquartered in Connecticut. As corporate counsel, Rebecca focused on procurement contracts, corporate secretarial work, and SEC matters, which included drafting the comprehensive proxy statement in advance of the company’s annual meetings of the shareholders.
