Chris is a partner with Sandler & Hansen, LLC.  Chris has been representing community associations for over fifteen years and focuses on drafting, amending and interpreting governing documents, commercial financing of community association capital improvement projects, alternative dispute resolution and the enforcement of governing documents.

Chris has served as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-CT) as well as chair of CAI-CT’s Legislative Action Committee. Chris also chaired CAI-CT’s Annual Conference and Expo for several years and is a regular speaker at CAI-CT events.

Chris is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) and is listed as one of the co-authors of the Second Edition of the Connecticut Common Interest Ownership Manual which is published by the CBA. Chris graduated from Whittier College in 1993 Majoring in Political Science. He obtained his law degree from Quinnipiac College School of Law in 1999.
